Tori  loved surfing and was really good at it. She was best friends with Shane and Dustin ( Who were also into etreme sports). Tori was the smart one of the three. Tori thought the Power Rangers were an unrband mything. Secretly Tori was a student at th Wind Ninja Acadamy.

Tori had problems mastering the power of water. She was badly  out classed by most of the students at the scool/.Sensei Kaoni was not pleased with Tori's lack of  effort. He told Tori and her firends that if they were late again they would be expelled.

Troi tried hard to be on time but had to stop to help a some people, whose car had stalled out. When Tori finally arrived at the school she was shocked to see it gone. Cam lead Tori to a secret base, underneath the acadamy grounds.

At this base Tori learned Lothor , (an evil Ninja Warlord) had returned from exile and captured all the other Ninja Students. Sensei Kaoni had bewn turned into a guenia pig. He gave Tori the Blue Wind Morpher. This allowed her to become the Blue Wind Ranger.  Tori and her friends became the Wind Rangers. 

Troi rededicated herself to a her training, now  that the world was in trouble. She was given control of the Dolphin Zord, which joned with the others to form the Storm Megazord. She began to be able to use her water powers more effectively.

Tori felt like she wasn't treated like a girl enough. She wonderd if she was really pretty. Marah and Kaphri pretended to be magzine photographers to trick her. They did a photo shoot with her . They made an evil duplicate of Tori and left her trapped. Tori was able to escape and defeat her duplicate.  She meant a  boy that she liked name Dill. She also had new confidence in herself.

Tori's first major challenge came from the Thunder Rangers. Around this time she met Blake and seemed to really like him. When he wa s injured she took him close to the Ninja Ops. This was so Cam could do first aid to him. This proved to be a mistake as Blake was really a Thunder Ranger. He and his brotehr invaded Ninja Ops and took sensei. Luckly the Thudners realized Lothor had lied to them and made peace with the Wind Ninjas. Tori remained friends with Blake , even though he departed with his brother.

Sensei tests the Rangers by making them fight duplicates of themselves. Tori was th only one to pas the test. She didn't fight her double and just accepted it. Sensei sent Tori on a quest to find the Jade Turtle. On the quest she fought Marha and Kaphri. She was able to make a truce with them. She gave them clothes in exchange for keeping the turtle. The turtle gave the Rangers a new weapon for the Megazord . The weapon was called the Turtle Mace.

Tori was happy when she learned Blake and Hunter were coming back. She was distressed when they started acting like enemies again. Tori and her friend became trapped on a abandoned island. They were forced to fight the TUhner Rnagers there.  The Wind Rangers leanred that the Thunders wer put unde some kind of spell. Blake cam out of the spell and was able to help the Wind Rnagers get throught to Hunter. Blake and Hunter apolotgized for their actions and weren't sure if they were going to continue as Ranagers, Tori, encoruaged the two to use the gifts that they had been awarded.  The Thunders jioned the team.

Blake and Tori's friendshi[ grew stronger. He invited her to attend a Kung Fu film festivel. Tori realized she had to  watch Shane Skateboard too. She she used her ninja powers to travel between the two places. At the team defeated monster sent by Lothor, Tori  was punished for using her powers for personal gain. She had to clean Ninja Ops.

When Cam felt like he was treated unfairly by the team Tori supported him. Cam told her how Sensei couldn't teach him the ways of the Ninja due to a promise made to his dying mother.  Tori tried to assure Cam tha this fahter was only trying to protect him. She was happy when Cam was able to become the Green Samuri Ranger.

After some hard trianing the Wind and Thunder Rangers were givening the day off. Tori thought it was perfect timeing since it was her birthday. The team dediced to go to the beach and trow Tori a party. Unfortunatly the fun was cut short when Vexacus arrived. Tori was able to make the best of things. After the battle was one Tori was able to get back to celebrating her birthday.

Tori grew suspecious when Blake started to get all secretive. She became worried and jealous.  She felt like a fool when she found out Tori was training with his old Sensei's duaghter. He was trying to learn how to use the Thunder Blade.

Tori learned she was one of the chosen ones to fight Lothor. LOrthor had unleashed the Abyss Of Evil. He used the stolen Green Samuria Amulet to strip Tori and her friends of their powers. Tori used her Ninja Power of Water with the other Wind Ranger's own powers to send the evil Warlod into the abyss. The abyss was sealed and the war one. Tori graduated from the Wind Ninja Acdamy and  took a teaching postion there.  She hoped to keep in touch with Blake, who was going to race for Factory Blue (Motorcross Racing).

A year later Tori was given the distressing news that Lothor had escaped the abyss. Lothor tricked Tori, Shane, and Dustin into putting on evil morphers. Tori had her Ninja Powers back but  was snow under the evil control of Lothor.  Tori and her friends proved a real challenge to the Dinothunder Rangers. Tori  was freed from the evil control by Cam and the Thunders. Tori teamed up with the DT Rangers to take down Lothor's forces. With the threat everted it was revealed that Tori and her friends used up all of their powers Tori returned to her teaching postion at the Wind Ninja Acadamy.
